What is the English pedagogical kit for middle school?

The pedagogical kit (العدة البيداغوجية للغة الإنجليزية بالسلك الإعدادي) is the set of official documents and teaching materials provided by the Ministry for teaching English in Moroccan middle schools. Instead of hunting for each file on a different site, you can download everything from the Download Center at the top of this page.

What is included in the kit

National Middle School English Language Framework and Companion

The framework describes what students are expected to be able to do in English across the middle school cycle. The practice companion helps you turn those expectations into classroom activities. Read it before you plan your year.

Story Quest Graded Readers with audio

Graded readers give students extensive reading at a level they can manage, and the audio lets them listen while they read. They work well for homework reading, a reading corner, or a short weekly reading slot.

English Spotlight: Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3

For each year, the kit offers the textbook, the teacher’s guide, the audio files, curated video links and digital flashcards, so one download group covers a full year of teaching.

• Teacher’s guide: lesson-by-lesson notes and suggested procedures.
• Audio files: the recordings for listening activities, ready for your classroom speaker.
• Curated video links: short videos that support the units.
• Digital flashcards: vocabulary cards to project or print.

How to use the kit in a large class

Large classes need simple, repeatable routines. A few ideas that work with 40 or more students and no special materials:

• Play the audio once for the whole class, then let pairs compare answers before you check.
• Project the flashcards for a two-minute vocabulary warm-up at the start of the lesson.
• Give each row one graded reader chapter to summarise in two sentences.

How to download the files

1. Go to the Download Center at the top of the page.
2. Pick your resource group (for example “English Spotlight 2”).
3. Tap the big button for the file you need. PDF and audio ZIP files download directly; some files open a link in a new tab.
4. For audio ZIP files, unzip them on your phone or computer before playing.
